2002	The UFPAA together with the project IBTCI presented international programs of professional accountants' certification CAP and CIPA in Ukraine.
2002	The UFPAA won the tender for the tax accounting and financial statements' researching and for the tax audit methodology's drafting.
2002	The UFPAA's members reviewed the Tax Code of Ukraine.
August, 2002	The UFPAA got an official letter from the CIPA examination chain's CEO L.Koflan that confirmed the results of the examinations conducted in the period of 1997 – 2002.
August 12-14, 2002	The Head of the UFPAA S.Prilipko met with the representatives of London Accounting College P.Kiling and G.Ostafichuk in Kiev. During the meeting they discussed the possibility of ACCA certification program's implementation in Ukraine.
August 26-28, 2002	The representative of the Institute of Management Account N.Balendgi visited the UFPAA. During his stay there the questions of the possibility of management account certification by the UFPAA were discussed.
December 2-3, 2002	The UFPAA's members were presented at the forum devoted to the 5th anniversary of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia that took place in Moscow.
2002	The UFPAA's members S.Golov and O.Velichko took part in the World Congress of Accountants in Hong Kong.
