Training and Methodological center (hereinafter - TMC) was founded for implementation and popularization of certification programs in Ukraine in 1997.

The UFPAA offered educational programs of the I and the II qualification level to accountants in spring and autumn, 1997, respectively.

TMC provides education under national and international programs:

The results of certification exams conducted from 1997 to January, 2002 were confirmed by CIPA examination range's CEO L.Coflan in the official letter in August, 2002.

The possibility of ACCA certification program's implementation in Ukraine was discussed by the Head of the UFPAA S.Prilipko and representatives of London Accounting College P.Kiling and G.Ostafichuk in August 12-14, 2002. The first certificate of ACCA was granted by the UFPAA in 2004.

The possibility of management account certification program's implementation was discussed during the visit of the representative of the Institute of Management Account N.Balengi in August 26-28, 2002.
